A faceted red oval sits at the centre, wrapped in two rings of small clear stones, with a crown of rose-cut stones above and an open gold lattice fanning out underneath. It is the same architecture as its green sibling, read in a warmer colour.
The red stone is cut rather than domed, so it throws small flashes of colour as the head turns. The fan below is left hollow, which keeps a piece of this size from dragging on the lobe.
